Terms of Service

XA Access is operated by Ruitu E-commerce Limited (睿途電子商務有限公司), a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong ("we", "us").

1. Scope of service

This site provides a non-custodial wallet funding interface and may connect to one or more independent third-party fiat on-ramp providers. Identity verification, quoting, payment processing, conversion and on-chain delivery are performed by the provider you select or the provider named on the transaction page, and are governed by that provider's own terms with the end user. We are not an exchange, a custodial wallet or an investment adviser.

2. Eligibility and first-party transactions

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, and may only use your own payment method to buy assets for a wallet you personally control. The payer, the person completing KYC and the controller of the destination wallet must be the same person. Proxy purchasing, paying on behalf of others, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion and any other unlawful use are prohibited.

3. Wallet responsibility

Check the address, network and asset before you submit. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible; we cannot recover losses caused by an incorrect address or network, a leaked private key, or a compromised wallet. We will never ask you for a seed phrase or private key.

4. KYC and regional limits

Third-party providers may require identity documents and a liveness check based on law, your actual location, transaction size, payment method and their own risk rules, and may decline, suspend or cancel a transaction. You must not use a VPN, a false address or another person's details to circumvent these limits.

5. Pricing, fees and delivery

The final exchange rate, network fee, service fee, estimated amount received and available payment methods are those shown by the relevant provider at the moment you confirm the transaction. Network congestion, bank processing and compliance checks may cause delays.

6. Risk disclosure

Digital asset prices can be highly volatile, and technical, network, regulatory and liquidity risks may arise. This site does not provide investment, legal, tax or financial advice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, provider or product changes. Updated versions take effect on the date they are published.
