XA Access is a non-custodial wallet funding service operated by Ruitu E-commerce Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong.

What we do

We provide a non-custodial wallet funding interface integrated with Transak's hosted fiat-to-crypto on-ramp. Users connect a wallet or enter a public address they control, choose a supported network, asset and fiat amount, and then complete identity verification and payment directly with Transak. Transak performs the conversion and sends the digital asset directly to the wallet specified by the user.

Non-custodial boundaries

• We never create, store, recover or access private keys or seed phrases;
• We never hold users' fiat or digital assets;
• We do not offer proxy purchasing, third-party payment, peer-to-peer remittance or top-ups to someone else's wallet;
• The payer, the person completing KYC and the controller of the destination wallet must be the same person.
